Community Policies
- Metered electricity charged separately on monthly rates & specials
- $200.00 deposit required with reservations
- All rates are based on one (1) unit with up to two (2) people
- All guests must register at the office with extra charges
- Cancellation fee: $50.00 (no refunds after Sept. 1st)
- No refunds or credits for early departure
- Prices subject to change without notice
- All rates include mowing, water, and sewer
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone abusing park guidelines
VIP – La Feria Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome at VIP – La Feria RV Park.
- Maximum of 2 pets per site with a 75 lb weight limit.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended.
- Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
- Aggressive dogs are not allowed.
- Excessive barking will not be permitted.
